These Terms govern your use of the Searxly Support Console at support.searxly.app — the support ticketing system and the community governance board (together, the “Console”). By using the Console or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Console.
The Console is operated by the team behind Searxly (“Searxly”, “we”, “us”). It is separate from, and additional to, the terms that govern the Searxly browser and website.
You can open a support ticket without an account. To participate in governance (suggest, vote, or comment) you create a lightweight account: we verify your email with a one-time code — there is no password. You're responsible for the email inbox you use to sign in, and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, use one account per person, and don't impersonate anyone. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Be constructive and lawful. You agree not to: post spam, advertising, malware, or unlawful content; harass, threaten, or abuse others; post someone else's private information; attempt to break, overload, or probe the Console; evade rate limits, voting limits, or moderation; or misrepresent your identity or holdings. We use per-account slow modes and voting limits to keep the board healthy; don't try to circumvent them.
Suggestions, votes, and comments are non-binding feedback. They help us understand what the community wants — they do not obligate Searxly to build, ship, prioritize, or change anything. We may add, edit, re-status, close, hide, or remove any suggestion or comment, and may adjust how voting works, at our discretion.
You may optionally link a wallet to your account by signing a message to prove ownership. This is a read-only signature: it never authorizes a transaction, and we never take custody of your funds or keys. If your wallet holds at least the published threshold of $SEARXLY, you receive expanded voting on the board as a courtesy. This perk is not a right, confers no ownership, profit, dividend, or financial interest, is not an investment, and may change or end at any time. Nothing here is financial advice.
You keep ownership of the tickets, suggestions, and comments you submit. You grant Searxly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content to operate the Console, respond to you, and inform the Searxly product roadmap. Governance content is public by design. You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful, abusive, or unlawful. You may stop using the Console at any time and ask us to delete your account and tickets (see the Privacy Policy).
The Console is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any suggestion will be acted upon.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Searxly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Console.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
